You can compare the price of your site with other sites, just as a comparison. These tools are also not necessarily 100% true, but it would not hurt us try. I've tried other tools, but the results were not reasonable, this site in the value of USD 12,361, whereas this site was only 4 days at the time of writing this article.
URLRate what I know now do calculations based on domain age, Google PR, inbound links and Alexa. Of all the new calculation results can be seen the value of the price. Once again this merely calculating the value, not actual prices. Who knows, you are interested to sell your site, calculated as an additional income. Good luck!
