Your workers are very busy? so no time to record the work schedule would conducted. You do not need an assistant, maybe List It can help you. List It is the mozilla add-ons are very simple, with a small capacity, so just need a very short time for it install process.
List It only applies to the firefox browser version 3 - 3.5, so if you are still using Firefox version 2, you should first update to version 3. To activate the List It you only click the icon that is on the right under firefox browser, or it could be with shortkey Ctrl + Shift + F.
