You can visit Fivefilters.org, and than click pdf newspaper button. That you have to do is just fill the feeds or opml url of your blog and title to be displayed (click on 'show options' to display the newspaper title). 

If you do not know what it feeds, the following examples of my blog feeds : http://blog-zone.info/feeds/posts/default. Then press the Create Pdf, then the digital newspaper is ready to use.
